Send Gulia a few details and she can help identify the most useful next step — site plan, permit drawings, construction documents, rendering, or early design guidance.
More reviews are coming soon. Here is one early recommendation from a home-business design client.
“Gulia provided drawings — floor plan, sections, elevations, and more — as well as consultation about construction and materials costs and time-frame. She’s a pleasure to work with. The turn-around time was quick, and her prices are better than others offering similar services.”
Gulnara Iskhakova — known as Gulia, pronounced GOO-lee-uh — was born in Tobolsk, a village in Siberia. Her path has carried her across continents, through years of disciplined design work, and into the Rogue Valley community she now serves.
With more than 15 years of architectural design experience, including over 10 years in Southern Oregon, Gulia brings patience, precision, imagination, and care to every project.
She is also mother to her son, Aven. Her dream is to continue growing Angular Design from a service practice into a thriving architectural design business — and, ultimately, to move toward becoming an architect.
Whether you are starting with a sketch, preparing for permits, remodeling a home, adding an ADU, planning a pool house, or developing a commercial project, Gulia can help clarify the next step.
